TRUST STRUCTURES GUIDE
Harwood Andrews Lawyers has entered into an agreement with the Taxation Institute of Australia (TIA) to publish the Trust Structures Guide. The book explains the nature and use of trusts in Australia for business and succession planning purposes. It is the only arrangement of this nature which the TIA has entered into with legal practitioners.

Trust Structures Guide is promoted by the TIA as the “the ultimate resource for anyone advising on trusts, structuring and planning issues”. While many Harwood Andrews Lawyers practitioners contributed to the publication, it is primarily the work of Daniel Smedley, a Principal of the firm. Daniel is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in tax law.
