We are committed to maintaining strong relationships with groups within the communities we serve and actively endorse and encourage employees who contribute to their communities. At a firm-wide level, we conduct a number of activities that support and empower community organisations, such as:

• payroll deduction schemes to United Way, a volunteer-led non-profit organisation that supports selected charities in local communities
• participation in Relay for Life (an overnight team event that raises funds for cancer research, education and patient support programs)
• adopt a Family (a major charity event that supports disadvantaged families through the donation of food and gifts)
• casual dress days that raise funds to support a chosen charitable organisation
• sponsorship of corporate rowing, fun runs and corporate triathlons.
