Volunteerism is actively supported and is driven at the leadership level of the firm. Many Harwood Andrews Lawyers principals, lawyers and fellow employees volunteer their time to community-based organisations.

Dan Simmonds (Managing Principal)
Dan is chairman of the Salvation Army Barwon Region Consultative Committee, volunteering his time to one of the world’s leading social welfare providers.

Hannah Hodges (Lawyer, Litigation)
Hannah provides telephone advice on a volunteer basis to the Women's Legal Service Victoria, which specialises in relationship breakdown and violence against women.

Stuart Monotti (Special Counsel, Property Law)
Stuart volunteers his time as a board member to the Courthouse Youth Arts Centre, supporting arts and culture among young Victorians.

Dale Hausler (Administration)
Dale is one of the 58,000 volunteer members of the Country Fire Authority who respond to incidents and fight fires across Victoria.

Megan Puszkar (Lawyer, Family Law)
Megan is a member of Wyndham Biznet, which connects individuals and businesses who operate in the City of Wyndham.

Justin Hartnett (Principal, Wills & Estates)
As a board member of the Queenscliffe Music Festival, Justin has played a key role in helping the three-day event win Tourism Victoria Hall of Fame status.
