Stephanie is an experienced and passionate human resource professional and a certified professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Stephanie oversees all human resource processes at Harwood Andrews Lawyers and is responsible for the establishment and management of the firm’s employment environment.
Stephanie’s function supports the general manager in the implementation of strategic human resources management, which includes the recruitment and development of employees in line with the firm’s vision and values.
Stephanie holds a Masters of Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources and a Masters of Business Coaching (Distinction).
