Stephanie Beard is the Human Resources Manager for Harwood Andrews Lawyers.

Stephanie is an experienced human resource administrator and a certified professional of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Stephanie oversees all human resource processes at Harwood Andrews Lawyers and is responsible for the establishment and management of the firm’s employment environment.

Stephanie’s function supports the general manager in the implementation of strategic human resource management, which includes the recruitment and development of employees in line with the firm’s vision.

Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources.
