Peter Bauerle is the General Manager at Harwood Andrews Lawyers and a member of both the Board and Executive committees. Peter works with the Executive and administrative teams to manage the day to day functions and activities at the firm.

Peter and the Managing Principal also work closely together to ensure the strategic initiatives, business plans and business development plans are implemented for each practise area.

Peter has over 14 years experience in senior operations, governance and human resource management roles across 5 sectors including warehousing and distribution, wholesale and retail, manufacturing, local government and the legal profession.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts and is a certified professional of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
