Claire Malone is an Associate in the Harwood Andrews Lawyers' Business Law Department.
Claire completed Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degrees at the University of Melbourne in 2006. She was admitted to the Victorian Supreme Court as a lawyer in April 2008.

Claire has extensive experience in the field of self managed superannuation funds, assisting high net worth clients and their advisers to develop effective superannuation strategies. She delivers strategic advice which is integrated with related tax and succession planning issues.
Claire also has considerable experience in drafting key precedents such as superannuation fund governing rules. She has also presented on superannuation and related issues for professional bodies such as The Institute of Chartered Accountants and conducted in-house training for many accounting and financial planning firms.
Claire joined Harwood Andrews in 2010 after several years at a Melbourne firm specialising in superannuation.
