Marie De Stefano is a lawyer in the business law department at Harwood Andrews Lawyers.

After completing a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, Marie undertook her articled clerkship with Harwood Andrews in 2008, being admitted to practice in 2009.

Marie combines practical legal experience and knowledge with strong business acumen to provide clients with sound advice in relation to a broad range of commercial issues.

Marie’s principal areas of practice include:
  • Commercial agreements and transactions
  • Succession planning 
  • Business disputes
  • Taxation, including capital gains tax
