Rosemaree Bourke is an Associate in Harwood Andrews Lawyers’ family law department.

Rosemaree originally began her working life as a teacher before qualifying as a lawyer.

Rosemary now practises exclusively in the area of family law and is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Family Law Specialist. She has considerable experience across the broad range of family law issues.

Rosemaree applies a sound understanding of family law to help our clients identify and achieve appropriate outcomes in relation to financial and parenting matters.

She assists our clients to deal with the many challenging issues that arise from a separation which helps them to move through this difficult period.

Rosemaree’s principal areas of practice are:

•   Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements

In addition to her legal expertise, Rosemaree has formal qualifications in economics and education, and is a member of the Wyndham Biznet Group and the Sanctuary Lakes Business Network. Her interests include history and reading, particularly biographies. She enjoys jogging, cycling and barracking for Carlton.
