Amy Jenkinson is a senior associate in Harwood Andrews Lawyers’ Litigation department.

Amy focuses on delivering practical, cost-effective advice that assists clients in avoiding or resolving disputes. In doing so, Amy takes into account a client’s strategic requirements in the overall context of their business or organisation to achieve the best possible outcome.

Amy’s principal areas of practice are:

•   Contract disputes
•   Insurance related disputes
•   Administrative law
•   General commercial litigation

More recently, Amy has commenced working in conjunction with Harwood Andrews Lawyers’ Environmental, Planning and Local Government Law department, where she provides advice on town planning and local government law.

Amy is experienced in appearing for clients in courts and tribunals, as well as in mediation.

Amy completed her articled clerkship with Harwood Andrews Lawyers in 2001 and worked with the firm for several years. She then travelled and worked overseas in both the private legal and government sectors before returning to Harwood Andrews Lawyers in 2005.
