Stuart Monotti is a Special Counsel in the Harwood Andrews Lawyers’ Property Law Department.

Stuart engages with clients and applies his extensive knowledge in property-related matters to deliver measured and cost-effective advice.

Stuart is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in both property law and commercial tenancy law. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Property Law and Commercial Tenancy Law Specialisation Committee.

Stuart’s principal areas of practice are:-

In addition to his expertise in managing complex property transactions, Stuart also runs the firm’s mortgage practice and undertakes transactional work for large loans.

Stuart is a regular presenter on commercial tenancy and property law for the Geelong chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. In 2004, he was invited by Consumer Affairs Victoria to join fellow experts in presenting on legal issues related to buying and selling real estate for the Home Buying and Selling seminar.

Stuart joined Harwood Andrews Lawyers in 2000 and in 2007 became a special counsel.
