Sarah Madafferi is a Senior Associate in the Harwood Andrews Lawyers’ Property Law Department. After graduating Sarah gained experience as a property and general commercial lawyer in Burwood, Melbourne before joining Harwood Andrews Lawyers in 2007.

Sarah’s principal areas of practice are:

•   Complex and large scale property transactions including acquisitions and disposals.
•   Property development, joint ventures and development agreements.
•   Commercial, mixed use, broadacre and apartment subdivisions
•   Owners’ corporation advice
•   Planning agreements.
•   Tenders and expressions of interest.
•   Commercial and retail leasing and licenses, including shopping centre and supermarket leasing.
•   Tax advice relating to land transactions, including GST, stamp duty, capital gains tax and land tax
•   Multi jurisdictional loan documentation and securitisation arrangements

Sarah is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Outlook Committee and is involved with the Victorian Planning and Environment Law Association (VPELA) as a member of VPELA's Young Professionals Group.
