Deborah Mann is a senior associate in Harwood Andrews Lawyers’ Business Law department and is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in both property law and commercial tenancy law.
Deborah has advanced experience in the commercial property industry, which she uses to deliver practical and favourable outcomes to her clients. Deborah acts for private clients, as well as municipal councils and water authorities.
Deborah’s principal areas of practice are:
• Commercial leases, including the preparation of leases for landlords and acting for tenants
• Specialist property law advice
• Compulsory acquisition, acting for both authorities and dispossessed land owners
• Adverse possession claims
• Transactional advice
Deborah shares her expertise in property law as a presenter to the Geelong commercial tenancy and residential tenancy chapters of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
Deborah has been practicing as a lawyer since 1985. After joining Harwood Andrews Lawyers in 2004, she became a senior associate in 2007.
