Calina Popovski joined Harwood Andrews Lawyers in January 2010 as a Lawyer in the Property Law Department

Calina’s principal areas of practice are:

•  Commercial and residential sales and acquisitions of freehold land
•  Instalment Warrants for superannuation fund borrowing
•  Acquisitions and dispositions of properties held by trusts
•  Commercial and retail leasing
•  Co-ownership agreements
•  Guarantee and indemnities
•  Joint venture, partnership and unit holder agreements

Calina has experience in drafting, negotiating, settling and advising on various transactions including transferring property into superannuation funds, refinancing and the purchase and sale of property.

Calina has also prepared documents to accompany the transactions including leases, co-ownership agreements, unit holder agreements and guarantees and indemnities.
