The nature of securities in relation to which we have acted for clients is diverse, ranging from mortgages to crop liens, which are used in agriculture where security for the debt is the next agricultural or horticultural crop.

Our strategy on each individual recovery is always cognisant of the value of any security and enforcement costs. Regularly reporting to our lender clients is a key service that we provide in this sector.

Our strong understanding of insolvency has assisted a large number of secured and unsecured lenders in the recovery process. We also advise lenders on mortgagee sales.
